Our community is located on a high bluff overlooking Buena Vista Lagoon in Oceanside, California, North San Diego County. Traveling north Oceanside Harbor is 7 miles away. Traveling south less than 3 miles away is Carlsbad beach and San Diego is 30 miles away. Villa Trieste is an Active Adult community. Every person residing in Villa Trieste must be a minimum of 55 years of age or older. A spouse, cohabitant, or other qualified person can be a minimum of 45 years of age. Whether purchasing or leasing, age documentation is required.
The architecture of the patio homes, condo buildings and street names are of Mediterrean influence.The patio homes are two attached buildings. The condos are 2 story buildings, single level with upstair an downstair units. Some of the patio homes facing west have an ocean view or a southern city view. A total of 150 units, 86 patio homes and 64 condos comprise the community, including a fully equipped clubhouse, swimming pool, spa and Bocce Ball court.
